• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. PassMyTest never stores your card number, expiry date, or CVV. We only retain a transaction reference for order history.
• Usage data — pages visited, exam progress, and session information collected automatically to deliver and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To deliver the practice exams and courses you purchased.
• To send transactional emails (purchase receipts, email verification, password resets).
• To send occasional product updates or promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Third Parties

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymous site usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is shared. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to:

• Maintain your login session.
• Remember your exam progress.
• Collect anonymous analytics via Google Analytics.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, core site functionality (login, exam access) requires session cookies and will not work without them.

5. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access your data — log in and visit your profile to view the information we hold about you.
• Correct your data — update your name or email from your account profile.
• Delete your account — contact us at our contact page and we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
• Unsubscribe — click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
