1. Service Description

PassMyTest provides online practice examinations and study materials to help individuals prepare for professional licensing exams in the United States. Our courses are designed as supplemental study tools and do not guarantee passage of any official examination.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• No refunds. Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your course, contact us and we will resolve it.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Each account is licensed to a single individual. Sharing your login with others, or using another person's account, will result in immediate account termination without refund.
• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, scrape, or resell any course content.
• You agree not to use automated tools to access or copy content from the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All practice exam questions, answer explanations, course materials, and site content are the exclusive intellectual property of PassMyTest or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, published, or distributed in any form without prior written permission.

PassMyTest is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state licensing board, regulatory agency, or official examination body. Passing our practice exams does not guarantee passing any official exam. Course content is provided for educational purposes only and may not reflect the exact content of any official examination.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

PassMyTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms, without refund. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
